After years of working with women who felt dismissed, overwhelmed, and not like themselves, I started to see a pattern...

Most women weren't broken. They just hadn't been given the right lens to understand what their body was trying to say. 

I've spent decades working closely with the body-seeing firsthand how stress, hormones, gut health, and lifestyle all connect.

What I realized is this: When you understand your body, you stop fighting it-and everything begins to shift.

That's why I bring together Gut Health, DNA Insights, and real-life coaching-so we're not guessing.
