Yes. You must either purchase one of our test kits or already have your raw DNA data. If you have results from 23 & Me or Ancestry as an example, we offer er consultations to interpret them and create a personalized wellness plan.


What do you look at in my DNA?

Can I update my plan as my health changes?
Yes! Your DNA doesn't change, but your epigenetic and health goals do. We recommend retesting or re-evaluating your plan every 6-12 months to reflect new habits, symptoms, or life stages like pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause.


What does the process look like after I order a DNA kit?
Once your order is placed, we'll ship your DNA collection kit with instructions. After returning your sample, we analyze your results and schedule a personalized consultation to build your custom plan. You'll receive a written report with recommendations and follow-up support.
Will you tell me what to eat?
Yes -- based on your genes, we'll identify the best eating style for your biology (Mediterranean, lower-carb, balanced fats, etc.). We also assess how you metabolize gluten, lactose, caffeine, and alcohol, and help you understand what foods best support your energy, hormones, and longevity.
